St Louis Commercial and Residential Real Estate Drone Video and Photos

Aerial media for real estate marketing. Real estate sales agents need an edge to market their properties in a way that will grab potential clients attention. With low altitude close range aerial photography and video drones, St Louis Aerial Video can do just that!

Realtors are beginning to reap the benefits of spending the extra money for a drone video of a listing. Video has become a juggernaut in the media field as it has empirically proven to be the most effective way to market a product. Studies have shown listings that have videos get 400% more traffic than those that don’t! These video’s get shared around the internet and allow for a wider pool of people to engage your listing.

Drones are very cost effective. The benefits far outweigh the low price you pay for aerial video or photographs.

What would your fee be for videoing or photographing with a camera-equipped drone? We had an asphalt company do some work on our property and they tore up our lot pretty bad when they got their heavy equipment stuck in soft ground where they weren’t even supposed to go. I’ve taken many photos just walking around and using a measure tape to indicate the length, width and depth of the multiple ruts they made. We will call some landscapers to get estimates on the damages they caused. Please advise us as to whether or not you can help us.
    Thank you,
